Behind The Bar
Welcome to the Draft Horse! We’re Brandon and John, a dynamic duo with a passion for celebration and a knack for creating unforgettable experiences.

For the past decade, we’ve been working together as boat detailers, honing our skills in craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our journey took an exciting turn when we decided to transform an old horse trailer into a stunning mobile bar. This creative venture allowed us to combine our love for working together with our desire to bring joy to others during life’s special moments.

With a lot of hard work and countless hours in our free time, we meticulously renovated the trailer, infusing it with our unique style and flair. Our goal is to make every event memorable—whether it’s a wedding, graduation, retirement party, or birthday celebration. We take pride in our creation and are dedicated to providing a beautiful backdrop for your next gathering. Cheers to making memories together!

Up to 50 guests. Small crowd, big energy, and a bar setup that brings a cozy vibe. Perfect for intimate weddings, birthdays, and laid-back celebrations.

FAQ

Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery and setup are included in all our packages within a 30-mile radius of 48080. Events beyond will incur an additional fee of $4/ mile.
Do you have a minimum for weddings?
Nope! We don’t have a minimum for weddings - just choose the package that fits your guest count.
Do you provide the alcohol?
As per Michigan state law we cannot provide the alcohol, but don’t worry - we’ll guide you on quantities and options. We’re a dry-bar, meaning you or your venue supplies the alcohol while we handle the service.
Can you handle the mixers, ice, cups, and bar supplies for us?
Absolutely! Skip the hassle of shopping with this optional add-on. We can take care of the mixers, ice, cups, napkins, garnishes, and all the bar basics. You supply the alcohol, and we’ll handle the rest!
Can I bring some of my own decorations?
Sure can! Our bar includes interior LED strips and string lights - you're welcome to swap out the garlands or add temporary décor to match your style.
Is there an inclement weather plan?
In case of a less-than-ideal forecast for your outdoor event, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our bar services . Tents must be more than 9ft tall for our mobile bar to fit inside.
Can you provide coffee for our guests?
Caffeine is a great way to keep the party going and for an add-on we can provide your guests with the brew of your choice. Please note that we do not have an espresso machine at this time.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Who doesn't appreciate a mocktail? You select your ingredients of choice and we will curate signature mocktails that even kids will enjoy!
